Application of standard detailed nursing in emergency intravenous infusion patients
标准细节化护理在急诊静脉输液患者中的应用

摘要

目的 探究急诊静脉输液患者中采用标准细节化护理的应用价值。方法 选取2023年6月～2023年12月我院急诊科接诊静脉输液患者80例参与分析，以随机抽签法分组（对照组、研究组），每组患者人数各40例，对照组予以常规护理，研究组予以标准细节化护理，分析不同患者护理满意度、不良事件发生率等干预效果。结果 研究组满意度比较对照组满意度更高，P＜0.05。研究组不良事件率比较对照组不良事件率较低，P＜0.05，组间有统计学意义。结论 标准细节化护理在急诊静脉输液患者中效果显著，能有效减少不良事件发生，并提高护理服务满意度，全面保障患者身心健康，值得面向临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of standard detailed nursing in emergency intravenous infusion patients.
Methods From June 2023 to December 2023, 80 patients with intravenous infusion in the emergency department of our hospital were selected to participate in the analysis. They were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine care, while the study group was given standard detailed care. The intervention effects of different patients' nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse events were analyzed.
Results The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The adverse event rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05), which was statistically significant.
Conclusion   The effect of standard detailed nursing in emergency intravenous infusion patients is remarkable, which can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events, improve the satisfaction of nursing services, and fully protect the physical and mental health of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
