优质护理服务模式在骨科人工关节置换患者护理中的应用效果

摘要

目的 深入细致的分析和评价优质护理服务模式在骨科人工骨关节置换患者护理中的应用效果及影响意义，希望可为临床研究提供理论与实践依据。方法 实验以对照模式展开，纳入样本为本院骨科接受人工关节置换手术治疗的90患者，研究期限定于2022年12月至2023年12月，运用数字编号法实施组间划分，奇偶数分为单号组与双号组，每组安排（n=45），单号组采纳方案：常规护理服务；双号组采纳方案：提供优质护理服务模式。而后对相关数据展开收集整理、统计分析、评价比对，做全情阐述。具体比对范围涉及：护理前后焦虑（SAS）、抑郁（SDS）评分、术后并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果 统计学评估后可知，针对患者类型相同，采取干预方案不同，收获效果也随之不同，双号组患者在各项指标数值的体现上均显优单号组（P＜0.05），极具优势性、可实施性和可比性，值得探讨。结论 在本次实验中，重点针对优质护理服务模式在人工关节置换术患者中的影响价值展开分析讨论，目的在于通过对比方式寻求一种切实有效的干预策略，为患者提供更优质的服务，结局所得，该项护理方案的应用实施，即可有效改善患者不良情绪状态，使其坦然面对疾病，还可极大增进护患关系和谐，提高护理满意度，从而降低并发症发生率，提高患者预后效果，保障手术治疗的安全性，其应用价值卓越，推广意义深远。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and evaluate the application effect and influence significance of quality nursing service mode in the care of orthopedic bone arthroplasty patients, hoping to provide theoretical and practical basis for clinical research.
Methods The experiment was conducted in control mode, including 90 patients, the study period was scheduled from December 2022 to December 2023, and each group (n = 45). Option: routine nursing service: providing quality nursing service. Then to the relevant data collection and sorting, statistical analysis, evaluation and comparison, do the whole situation. The specific scope of comparison involves: anxiety before and after nursing (SAS), depression (SDS) score, postoperative complications rate, and nursing satisfaction.
Results After statistical evaluation, it can be seen that the same types of patients, different intervention programs and different harvest effects. The patients in the double group showed excellent single group in the value of various indicators (P < 0.05), which was highly advantageous, feasible and comparable, which is worth discussing.
Conclusion   in this experiment, focusing on high quality nursing service mode in the impact of value analysis, the purpose is to compare a practical and effective intervention strategy, to provide better quality service for patients, outcome, the application of the nursing program, can effectively improve patients bad mood state, make it in the face of disease, can also greatly enhance the harmonious relationship between nurses, improve nursing satisfaction, thus reduce the incidence of complications, improve the effect of the prognosis of the patients, ensure the safety of surgical treatment, its application value, profound significance.
