Effectiveness of pain care intervention in patients undergoing abdominal surgery under general anesthesia
疼痛护理干预在全麻腹部手术患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 本文评价疼痛护理干预在全麻腹部手术患者中的应用价值及影响意义，希望能将所研究理论运用到实践中去，为临床研究提供有价值参考意见，更好的推进其发展进程的迈进。方法 实验以对照形式表达，纳入样本为笔者院内收治的全麻腹部手术患者，人数共计70例，研究期限定于2022年12月至2023年12月，运用数字编号法实施组间划分，将1--70数字进行随机编号，奇偶数分为单号组与双号组，每组安排（n=35），单号组采纳方案：常规护理服务；双号组采纳方案：在上述基础上提供疼痛护理干预策略，而后进行相关数据的收集整理，统计分析，整合做全情阐述。结果 统计学评估后可知，针对患者类型相同，采取护理方案不同，收获效果也随之不同，双号组患者在各项指标数值的体现上均显优单号组（P＜0.05），极具优势性和可比性，具体可见于如下方面：护理后24、48、72h，肠鸣音评分、腹胀痛评分、胃肠反应评分值得探讨。结论 在本次实验中，重点针对疼痛护理干预策略在全麻腹部手术患者中的应用价值展开分析研讨，旨在借助对比实验，寻求一种切实可行、行之有效的干预策略为腹部手术患者提供服务，使其生命质量得到提升。结局所得明确，文中双号组实施方案更具可实施性，不仅能有效促进患者胃功能恢复，减轻疼痛，还可极大提升舒适度，其应用价值显著，推广意义深远，值得采纳。

Abstract

Objective This paper will evaluate the application value and influence significance of pain nursing intervention in patients with general anesthesia abdominal surgery, hoping to apply the studied theory to practice, provide valuable reference opinions for clinical research, and better promote the progress of its development process.
Methods The experiment was included in the form of control with 70 cases. The study period was scheduled from December 2022 to December 2023. The numerical numbering method arranged each group (n = 35). The single group adopted the plan: routine nursing service: based on the above, then collected relevant data and made statistical analysis.
Results after statistical evaluation, for the same type, take different nursing plan, harvest effect is different, double group patients on the embodiment of the index values are superior single group (P < 0.05), highly dominant and comparable, specific visible in the following aspects: nursing after 24, 48, and 72 h, score, bowel abdominal distension and pain score, gastrointestinal reaction score is worth exploring.
Conclusion   In this experiment, the application value of pain care intervention strategy in general anesthesia abdominal surgery patients was analyzed and discussed, aiming to seek a practical and effective intervention strategy to provide services for abdominal surgery patients with the help of comparative experiment, so as to improve their quality of life. The outcome is clear, and the implementation plan of the double group is more feasible, which can not only effectively promote the recovery of gastric function of patients, reduce pain, but also greatly improve the comfort level. Its application value is significant and has profound promotion significance, and is worthy of adoption.
