晚期肿瘤患者临终关怀的研究进展

摘要

目的:本文旨在讨论及研究临终关怀干预对于晚期肿瘤病人的应用价值体现。方法 本文研究时 间选定于 2019 年 1 月～2020 年 1 月，并择选这期间我院收治的 500 例晚期肿瘤病人进行研究。以分组的形 式为病人展开不同的护理方法，组别以对照组与观察组区分。并在研究期间重点对晚期肿瘤病人不良心理 状况、临床效果评分、疼痛程度、睡眠质量进行计算，以此来观察临终关怀的应用价值。结果 在采取不同 护理后，观察组病人不良心理状况比对照组病人偏低，P<0.05 显现检验结果有意义。结论 通过将临终关怀 护理措施应用在晚期肿瘤病人中后，发现此项措施可改善病人的不良心理状况，进而达到提高护理质量的 目的，故此项措施具备推广价值。

Abstract

Objective: This paper aims to discuss and study the application value of hospice care intervention for advanced tumor patients.
Methods The research time of this paper was selected from January 2019 to January 2020, and 500 patients with advanced tumor who were treated in our hospital during this period were selected for research. Different nursing methods are carried out for the patients in the form of groups, and the groups are divided into the control group and the observation group. During the study period, we focused on the calculation of the adverse psychological status, clinical effect score, pain degree, and sleep quality of patients with advanced cancer, so as to observe the application value of hospice care.
Results After taking different nursing care, the adverse psychological condition of the patients in the observation group was lower than that of the patients in the control group, and P<0.05 indicated that the test results were meaningful.
Conclusion   After applying hospice nursing measures to patients with advanced tumor, it is found that this measure can improve the patient's bad psychological condition, and then achieve the purpose of improving the quality of nursing. Therefore, this measure has promotion value.
