循证护理在复方黄柏液罐肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者保留灌肠中的应用观察

摘要

目的:分析探讨循证护理在复方黄柏液罐肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者保留灌肠中的应用效果。方 法:选取我院 2020 年 12 月-2021 年 12 月接收治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者 60 例为观察对象，其中经肛管灌肠 45 例，经 TET 管灌肠 15 例，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，结果:观察组患者的保留灌肠总有效率高于对照 组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者发生肝肾功能异常、过敏、恶心、呕吐等不良反应 例数均低于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）和汉密尔顿 抑郁量表（HAMD）对患者的情绪进行评估，两组患者护理前的 HAMA 与 HAMD 评分比较差异较小，（P ＞0.05），护理后观察组患者负面情绪评分均低于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论: 循证护理在复方黄柏液罐肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者保留灌肠中的应用效果明显

Abstract

After nursing, the negative emotion scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The application effect of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of ulcerative colitis patients with retention enema with compound Huangbai liquid cup bowel is obvious.
