舒适护理在腰椎间盘突出患者护理中的应用效果

摘要

目的:分析舒适护理在腰椎间盘突出患者护理中的应用效果。方法:研究时间在 2021.1 月-2022.1 月，研究对象为这一期间我院收治的 60 例腰椎间盘突出患者，随机分成两组，一组为实验组，予以舒适护 理，一组为常规组，予以常规护理，对两组分别干预的效果展开对比。结果:在并发症发生率对比上，实验 组的评分显著低于常规组，P＜0.05；护理之前，实验组腰椎肌力评分与常规组腰椎肌力评分无差异，P＞0.05。 护理之后，实验组腰椎肌力评分为高于常规组腰椎肌力评分，P＜0.05。护理前两组 VAS 评分无差异，P＞ 0.05；护理后实验组 VAS 评分低于常规组，P＜0.05。护理后实验组的舒适度评分显著高于常规组，P＜0.05。 结论:腰椎间盘突出患者接受舒适护理，会改善患者的腰椎功能，减轻患者的疼痛，减少各种并发症的发生， 值得运用。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effect of comfort nursing in the nursing of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
Methods: the study period was from January 2021 to January 2022. The subjects were 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital during this period. They were randomly divided into two groups. One group was the experimental group, which was given comfortable care, and the other group was the routine group, which was given routine care. The effects of the two groups were compared.
Results: the score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group (P < 0.05); Before nursing, there was no difference in lumbar muscle strength score between the experimental group and the conventional group (P > 0.05). After nursing, the lumbar muscle strength score of the experimental group was higher than that of the routine group (P < 0.05). There was no difference in VAS score between the two groups before nursing, P > 0.05; After nursing, the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the routine group (P < 0.05). After nursing, the comfort score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the routine group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : comfortable nursing care for patients with lumbar disc herniation can improve their lumbar function, reduce their pain and reduce the occurrence of various complications. It is worth using.
