"一病一优"护理管理模式在神经内科护理中的效果

摘要

目的 实验目的旨在分析神经内科护理中采用"一病一优"护理管理模式的应用效果。方法 实验 中所有研究对象均为我院神经内科患者，选取时间为 2018 年 1 月至 2019 年 1 月之间，选取例数为 80 例。 将其进行随机划分为两个小组，观察组和对照组各有 40 例。其中对照组患者采用常规护理方式，而观察组 患者则采用"一病一优"护理管理模，对比两种护理方式的护理效果。结果 经过实验数据统计，观察组患者 不良事件发生率 1（2.5%）要显著的低于对照组不良事件发生率 6（15.0%），组间对比差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05）。观察组患者其护理满意度 38（95.0%）要显著的高于对照组护理满意度 32（80.0%），组间 对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在对神经内科患者的护理当中，采用"一病一优"护理管理模式能 够有效地提高患者满意度，并且还能够降低不良反应的发生率，临床中的应用效果显著，可广泛推广。

Abstract

Objective Objective to analyze the application effect of "one disease one excellent" nursing management mode in neurology nursing.
Methods: All the study subjects were patients in the department of neurology from January 2018 to January 2019 and 80 cases.It was randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in the observation and control groups.Among them, the patients in the control group adopted the routine care method, while the patients in the observation group used the "one disease and one excellent" nursing management model to compare the nursing effect of the two nursing methods.
Results: According to the experimental data, the incidence of adverse events in the observed group was 1 (2.5%) significantly lower than that of the control group by 6 (15.0%), and the difference was significant (P <0.05).In the observation group, 38 (95.0%) was significantly higher than in the control group, 302 (80.0%), and the difference between groups was significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : In the nursing of neurology patients, adopting the "one disease, one excellent" nursing management mode can effectively improve patient satisfaction and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. The clinical application effect is significant and can be widely promoted.
