综合护理在乳腺癌护理中的应用效果

摘要

目的:观察在对乳腺癌患者进行护理的过程中将综合护理干预展开运用的作用。方法:研究在 2021 年 2 月 11 月展开，选入该时间段内本院收治乳腺癌患者中的 60 例为对象，并进行 1 至 60 编号，取其 中的 30 例，在治疗的过程中对其进行常规护理，作为对照组，在对剩下 30 例患者进行护理的过程中则需 要将综合护理干预展开运用，作为观察组。结果:结合对两组患者在恢复过程中的心理状态、睡眠质量、生 活质量以及护理满意度、不良反应发生率情况展开分析，观察组都存在有明显优势，P<0.05。结论:在对乳 腺癌患者进行护理的过程中将综合护理进行运用，可以对患者在恢复过程中的心理状态进行改善，并提升 患者的生活质量，增加患者对护理工作的满意度。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the process of nursing breast cancer patients.
Methods: the study was carried out in February and November 2021. 60 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital during this period were selected as the subjects, and numbered from 1 to 60. 30 of them were taken for routine nursing during the treatment, as the control group. In the process of nursing the remaining 30 patients, comprehensive nursing intervention should be applied as the observation group.
Results: by analyzing the psychological status, sleep quality, quality of life, nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups, the observation group had obvious advantages (p<0.05).
Conclusion  : the application of comprehensive nursing in the nursing of patients with breast cancer can improve the psychological state of patients in the process of recovery, improve the quality of life of patients, and increase the satisfaction of patients with nursing work.
