Effect of sleep nursing on improving sleep disorder in patients with schizophrenia
睡眠护理对精神分裂症患者睡眠障碍的改善效果研究

摘要

目的:精神分裂症患者其睡眠质量会受到疾病影响而出现不同程度的下降情况，最终导致睡眠 障碍出现，对此类患者采用睡眠护理干预，并分析患者睡眠质量的改善效果。方法:利用随机数字法将 110 例患有睡眠障碍的精神分裂症患者随机分组，上述患者的研究时间为 2019 年 5 月-2021 年 10 月，对照组接 受常规护理，实验组接受睡眠护理，对比应用效果。结果:在治疗护理前，两组患者的睡眠质量、精神分裂 症症状评分，以及生活质量评分均不存在组间对比差异，P＞0.05；在治疗护理后，两组各项指标均有改善， 但实验组患者睡眠质量、精神分裂症症状评分，以及生活质量评分均优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论:睡眠护理 能够帮助患者改善睡眠质量，使精神分裂症患者的睡眠障碍得到良好的干预，使其精神状态有所改观，对 疾病的恢复有一定的促进作用，避免严重的睡眠障碍加重患者的精神分裂症状。

Abstract

Objective: the sleep quality of schizophrenic patients will be affected by the disease and decline in varying degrees, which will eventually lead to sleep disorders. Sleep nursing intervention is adopted for such patients, and the improvement effect of sleep quality is analyzed.
Methods: 110 schizophrenic patients with sleep disorder were randomly divided into groups by random number method. The research time of the above patients was from May 2019 to October 2021. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received sleep nursing. The application effects were compared.
Results: Before treatment and nursing, there was no significant difference in sleep quality, schizophrenia symptom score and quality of life score between the two groups (P > 0.05); After treatment and nursing, all indexes of the two groups were improved, but the sleep quality, schizophrenic symptom score and quality of life score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : sleep nursing can help patients improve their sleep quality, make the sleep disorder of schizophrenic patients get good intervention, improve their mental state, promote the recovery of the disease, and avoid serious sleep disorder aggravating the symptoms of schizophrenic patients.
