Clinical nursing of radiofrequency ablation combined with 125 I radioactive particle implantation in thetreatment of small hepatocellular carcinoma
射频消融联合放射性125 I 粒子植入治疗小肝癌的临床护理

摘要

目的:此文主要针对射频消融联合放射性 125 I 粒子植入治疗小肝癌的效果进行探讨，同时对临 床护理措施进行分析。方法:择 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月我院接诊的小肝癌患者，与其沟通后选取自愿参与 本次研究的 100 例进行分组研究，50 例一组，研究组开展射频消融联合放射性 125 I 粒子植入治疗以及优质 护理，参照组以射频消融治疗为主联合常规护理，统计、计算两组治疗总有效率、治疗前后情绪变化等情 况，并借助于统计学工具进行相应的检验。结果:研究组临床治疗总有效率更具有优势性，数据与参照组对 比存在明显差异（P＜0.05）。护理前，研究组与参照组患者 SDS 评分、SAS 评分组间未见明显差异，统计 学检验意义无（P＞0.05）；护理后，可见两组数据均变化明显，相比之下，研究组各项数据均偏低（P＜0.05）。 结论:经研究，临床针对小肝癌患者采用射频消融联合放射性 125 I 粒子植入治疗效果确切，同时联合应用更 加全面的优质护理，促使治疗有效率得到很大程度提升，临床具有较高的满意度，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effect of radiofrequency ablation combined with 125 I radioactive particle implantation in the treatment of small liver cancer, and to analyze the clinical nursing measures.
Methods: 100 patients with small liver cancer admitted by our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into groups after communication with them. Each group included 50 patients. The research group carried out radiofrequency ablation combined with radioactive 125 I particle implantation and high quality nursing, while the reference group mainly carried out radiofrequency ablation combined with routine nursing. The total effective rate and mood changes before and after treatment were calculated, and the corresponding tests were carried out by means of statistical tools.
Results: The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was more advantageous than that in the reference group (P < 0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in SDS score and SAS score between the study group and the reference group (P > 0.05). After nursing, it can be seen that the data of the two groups changed significantly, compared with the data of the research group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : According to the study, radiofrequency ablation combined with radioactive 125 I particle implantation has an accurate clinical effect on patients with small liver cancer. Meanwhile, the combined application of more comprehensive and high-quality nursing has greatly improved the effective rate of treatment, and has high clinical satisfaction, which is worth promoting.
