舒适护理模式在手术室护理中的应用

摘要

目的:探究手术室护理中采取舒适护理模式的效果。 方法:入选的研究对象 48 例为本院在 2020 年 2 月-2021 年 2 月期间收治的手术治疗患者，随机分为对照组（24 例，常规护理）和实验组（24 例，采 取舒适护理模式），比较两组护理后效果。结果:实验组焦虑、抑郁评分与对照组比较较低（P＜0.05）。实 验组疼痛评分与对照组比较较低（P＜0.05）。实验组舒适度与对照组比较较高（P＜0.05）。实验组生活质 量相比较对照组较高（P＜0.05）。结论:在手术室护理中采取舒适护理模式的效果较为凸显，能够对患者的 负面情绪予以消除，降低其疼痛，提升其舒适度以及生活质量。此种护理方法可在临床上进行推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of comfortable nursing mode in operating room nursing.
Methods: A total of 48 selected research subjects were surgically treated patients admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021. They were randomly divided into the control group (24 cases,routine nursing) and the experimental group (24 cases,taking comfortable nursing care. mode),to compare the effects of nursing between the two groups.
Results: The scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The comfort level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The effect of comfortable nursing mode in operating room nursing is more prominent,which can eliminate the negative emotions of patients,reduce their pain,and improve their comfort and quality of life. This nursing method can be promoted in clinical practice.
