The role of rehabilitation nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of femoral neck fracture
康复护理在股骨颈骨折术后康复中的作用

摘要

目的:在股骨颈骨折病人术后护理中，采用不同护理方案，总结与探究康复护理实施效果以及 优异性。方法:于 2020 年 1 月至 2020 年 12 月期间因股骨颈骨折而就诊于我科室的病人进行调研，本次调研 共纳入 92 例病人。参与调研的股骨颈骨折病人均接受手术治疗，根据护理方案不同进行护理，每组均纳入 46 例。A 组采用常规护理，B 组采用康复护理。总结与探究 2 种护理方案实施效果以及康复护理优异性。 结果:A 组与 B 组 Harris 评分结果对照数值较低，B 组并发症发生情况、髋关节活动度、护理满意度情况优 于 A 组，组间差异明显，（P<0.05）。结论:在股骨颈骨折病人术后护理中，康复护理方案实施效果优异， 此方案应用效果优异，值得临床普及与应用。

Abstract

Objective: In the postoperative nursing of patients with femoral neck fracture, different nursing programs were adopted to summarize and explore the implementation effect and excellence of rehabilitation nursing.
Methods: Patients who were admitted to our department due to femoral neck fractures from January 2020 to December 2020 were investigated. A total of 92 patients were included in this investigation. All the patients with femoral neck fracture who participated in the investigation received surgical treatment, and were cared for according to different nursing programs, and 46 cases were included in each group. Group A received routine nursing, and group B received rehabilitation nursing. Summarize and explore the implementation effect of two nursing programs and the excellence of rehabilitation nursing.
Results: The comparison of Harris score between group A and group B was lower. The incidence of complications, range of motion of hip joint and nursing satisfaction in group B were better than those in group A, with significant difference between groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : In the postoperative nursing of patients with femoral neck fracture, the implementation effect of the rehabilitation nursing program is excellent, the application effect of this program is excellent, and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
