优质护理服务在肿瘤科护理中应用的效果研究

摘要

目的 观察在对肿瘤科患者进行护理的过程中将优质护理干预进行运用的作用。方法 研究在 2021 年 2 月至 12 月展开，选入该时间段内我院肿瘤科所收治的 80 例患者为对象，通过组内盲选的方式， 取其中的 40 例，在治疗过程中展开常规护理，作为对照组，在对剩下患者进行护理的过程中则需要将优质 护理服务进行运用，作为观察组。结果 通过对两组患者在恢复过程中的心理状态情况、护理满意度、生活 质量水平、对比，观察组都存在有明显优势，P<0.05。结论 在对肿瘤科患者进行护理的过程中将优质护理 干预进行运用，可以对患者在恢复过程中的心理状态进行改善，更可以达到对患者生活质量进行提升的目 的。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of high-quality nursing intervention in the process of nursing cancer patients.
Methods the study was carried out from February to December 2021. 80 patients admitted to the oncology department of our hospital during this period were selected as the subjects. 40 of them were selected by blind selection within the group. Routine nursing was carried out during the treatment as the control group. In the process of nursing the remaining patients, high-quality nursing services should be used as the observation group.
Results by comparing the scores of psychological state, nursing satisfaction, quality of life, sleep, spirit and action quality of the two groups, (p<0.05).
Conclusion   the application of high-quality nursing intervention in the nursing of patients in oncology department can improve the psychological state of patients in the process of recovery, and can achieve the purpose of improving the quality of life of patients.
