The role of nutritional supportive care in reducing adverse reactions during radiotherapy in patients withhead and neck tumors
营养支持护理在降低头颈部肿瘤患者放疗期间不良反应中的作用

摘要

目的:本文分析营养支持护理在降低头颈部肿瘤患者放疗期间不良反应中的作用。方法:入组样 本选自本院肿瘤放疗科在 2019 年 10 月-2021 年 10 月期间接受放疗治疗的头颈部肿瘤患者，按照电脑盲选 的方式，将 200 例患者随机分为常规护理组与营养支持组。常规护理组采用常规护理的护理模式进行干预； 营养支持组在常规护理组的基础上采用营养支持护理。对比评价常规护理组与营养支持组患者营养状况和 免疫功能指标以及不良反应发生情况。结果:营养支持组的营养状况和免疫功能指标以及不良反应发生情况 均优于常规护理组，P＜0.05 说明存在对比意义。结论:对头颈部肿瘤患者放疗期间采取营养支持护理干预在 降低头颈部肿瘤患者放疗期间不良反应中起到重要作用。

Abstract

Objective: In this paper, the role of nutritional support nursing in reducing adverse reactions during radiotherapy in patients with head and neck tumors was analyzed.
Methods: The enrolled samples were selected from patients with head and neck tumors who received radiotherapy treatment from October 2019 to October 2021 in the Department of Radiation Oncology of our hospital, and 200 patients were randomly divided into routine nursing group and nutritional support group according to the method of computer blind selection. The general care group uses the care model of routine care; the nutrition support group uses nutritional support care on the basis of the routine care group. Comparative evaluation of nutritional status and immune function indicators and adverse reactions in patients in the routine care group and nutritional support group.
Results: Nutritional status, immune function indicators and adverse reactions in the nutritional support group were better than those in the conventional care group, and P<0.05 indicated that there was comparative significance.
Conclusion  : Nutritional support nursing intervention during radiotherapy in patients with head and neck tumors plays an important role in reducing adverse reactions during radiotherapy in patients with head and neck tumors.
