Study on the Application of Fine Nursing in Pregnancy-induced Hypertension and Maternal Nursing
精细化护理在妊高症与产妇护理中的应用研究

摘要

目的:探究精细化护理在妊高症与产妇护理中的应用效果。方法:选取我院 2019 年 5 月-2020 年 5 月，1 年内收治的 200 名妊高症产妇，随机分组为对照组（100 例，采用常规护理法）与观察组（100 例， 采用精细化护理），对患者护理后的结果进行收集与分析。结果:在接受护理后，患者均取得一定成效。观 察组的患者不良情绪发生概率低于对照组，患者的护理满意度也高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜ 0.05）。结论:对妊娠高血压产妇实施精细化护理能够有效提高产后康复效果和整体护理质量，降低不良情 绪的发生，提升患者满意度，提高母乳喂养率，在临床上较大应用价值。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application effect of fine nursing in pregnancy-induced hypertension and maternal care.
Methods: From May 2019 to May 2020, 200 pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (100 cases) and observation group (100 cases), and the results of patient care were collected and analyzed.
Results: After receiving nursing care, all patients achieved certain results. The occurrence probability of adverse emotions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction of the patients was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : Fine nursing for pregnant women with hypertension can effectively improve the postpartum rehabilitation effect and overall nursing quality, reduce the occurrence of adverse emotions, improve patient satisfaction and breast-feeding rate, which has great clinical application value.
