Effect of pain nursing and hospice care on improving the life of patients with advanced gastric cancer
晚期胃癌患者治疗中疼痛护理和临终关怀对提升患者生活的作用效果观察

摘要

目的:观察晚期胃癌患者治疗中疼痛护理和临终关怀对提升患者生活的作用效果。方法:随机选 取我院 2021.1 月－2022.1 月收治的 70 例晚期胃癌患者为研究对象，之后根据护理方法分为两组，接受常规 护理的为对照组，接受疼痛护理配合临终关怀的为实验组，两组患者例数均为 35 例，对两组分别干预后的 效果展开对比。结果:在生活质量评分对比上，实验组的各项评分均高于对照组，P＜0.05；在疼痛评分比较 上，护理前两组无差异，P＞0.05，护理后实验组评分低于对照组，P＜0.05；心理情绪比较，护理后实验组 焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论:将疼痛护理及临终关怀用于晚期胃癌患者治疗中，会直接减轻 患者的疼痛，缓解他们的不良情绪，提升患者临终前的生活质量，值得运用。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of pain nursing and hospice care on improving the life of patients with advanced gastric cancer.
Methods: 70 patients with advanced gastric cancer treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly selected as the research object. Then they were divided into two groups according to the nursing methods. Those receiving routine nursing were the control group, and those receiving pain nursing combined with hospice care were the experimental group. The number of patients in both groups was 35. The effects of the two groups after intervention were compared.
Results: the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05); In the comparison of pain score, there was no difference between the two groups before nursing, P > 0.05. After nursing, the score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, P < 0.05; After nursing, the scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : the application of pain nursing and hospice care in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer will directly reduce the pain of patients, alleviate their bad emotions, and improve the quality of life of patients before dying, which is worthy of application.
