Effect of early nursing on prevention and treatment of lumbar vertebral compression fracture andabdominal distension
早期护理对防治腰椎压缩性骨折腹胀的效果

摘要

目的:探讨早期护理干预对防治腰椎压缩性骨折患者腹胀的效果。方法:将 80 例腰椎压缩性骨 折患者随机分二组。对照组给予常规护理，早期护理组实施早期护理干预。比较两组护理前后生活质量量 表各项评分、护理工作满意度、术后相关指标。结果:早期护理组护理后生活质量量评分、工作满意度均显 著高于对照组，术后排气时间、恢复肠鸣音时间、排便、下床活动时间和出院时间均短于对照组，腹胀发 生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论:腰椎压缩性骨折患者实施早期护理干预效果确切，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of early nursing intervention on the prevention and treatment of abdominal distension in patients with lumbar vertebral compression fracture.
Methods: 80 patients with lumbar compression fracture were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing, and the early nursing group was given early nursing intervention. The scores of quality of life, nursing job satisfaction and postoperative related indexes were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.
Results: The scores of quality of life and job satisfaction in the early nursing group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The postoperative exhaust time, recovery time of bowel sounds, defecation time, out of bed activity time and discharge time were shorter than those in the control group, and the incidence of abdominal distension was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : TThe effect of early nursing intervention in patients with lumbar compression fracture is accurate and worthy of popularization.
