Influence of hospice care on nursing care of patients with advanced malignant tumor
安宁疗护对恶性肿瘤晚期患者护理的影响分析

摘要

目的: 分 析 对 晚 期 恶 性 肿 瘤 患 者 施 以 安 宁 疗 护 的 护 理 效 果 。 方法: 分 析 对 象 选 择 于 2020.12~2021.12 就诊于我院的晚期恶性肿瘤患者 60 例，随机数字法予以分组研究，施以安宁疗护的 30 例 患者分入研究组，施以常规护理的 30 例患者分入对照组，对护理效果（护理后生活质量、护理前后抑郁、 焦虑两项心理状态评分、护理前后疼痛评分）进行对比和分析。结果:护理前生活质量各项评分 2 组比较 P>0.05；与对照组比较，生活质量（精神健康、情感职能、社会功能、生理功能）评分护理后研究组明显较 高（P<0.05）；护理前心理状态（SDS、SAS）、疼痛评分（VAS）2 组比较 P>0.05；与对照组比较，心理 状态（SDS、SAS）、疼痛评分（VAS）护理后研究组均明显较低（P<0.05）。结论:对晚期恶性肿瘤患者施 以安宁疗护效果突出，不但可改善患者生活质量，同时可改善患者心理状态，减轻患者疼痛，有利于良好 护患关系的建立，建议推广。

Abstract

Objective to analyze the nursing effect of hospice care for patients with advanced malignant tumors.
Methods: 60 patients with advanced malignant tumors in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected for analysis. They were divided into groups by random number method. 30 patients treated with hospice care were divided into the study group and 30 patients treated with routine care were divided into the control group. The nursing effects (quality of life after nursing, scores of depression and anxiety before and after nursing, and scores of pain before and after nursing) were compared and analyzed.
Results: The scores of quality of life before nursing were compared between the two groups, P>0.05; compared with the control group, the scores of quality of life (mental health, emotional function, social function, and physiological function) were significantly higher in the research group after nursing (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the psychological state (SDS, SAS) and pain score (VAS) in the research group were significantly lower after nursing (P<0.05) .
Conclusion  : The effect of palliative care on patients with advanced malignant tumors is outstanding, which can not only improve the quality of life of the patients, but also improve the psychological state of the patients and relieve the pain of the patients, which is conducive to the establishment of a good nurse-patient relationship, and it is recommended to promote.
