The role of holistic nursing in patients with brucellosis
整体护理在布鲁氏菌病患者中的作用

摘要

目的:探讨整体护理在布鲁氏菌病患者中的应用效果。方法:随机选取 2019 年 1 月-2020 年 12 月我院接收的 64 名布鲁氏菌病患者作为本研究对象，通过随机数字表法对研究对象进行分组，分别为参照 组和观察组，每组各 32 名。参照组和观察组分别采用常规护理、整体护理，对两组患者护理满意度、生活 质量水平、疼痛程度进行研究比较。结果:观察组护理满意度高于参照组，组间差异明显，具有统计学意义， P<0.05。观察组生活质量评分高于参照组，组间差异明显，具有统计学意义，P<0.05。观察组干预后第三天、 干预后第七天、干预后第 14 天疼痛评分分别为（3.22±1.20）分、（2.54±1.26）分、（1.76±0.45）分，均低 于参照组，组间差异明显（T=4.967，3.752，6.409，P<0.001），具有统计学意义。结论:将整体护理应用在 布鲁氏菌病患者护理干预中，可以改善患者生活质量，减轻患者疼痛程度，提升患者护理满意度，具有临 床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application effect of holistic nursing in patients with brucellosis.
Methods: 64 patients with brucellosis received in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly selected as the research objects. The research objects were divided into reference group and observation group by random number table method, with 32 patients in each group. The reference group and the observation group were treated with routine nursing and holistic nursing respectively. The nursing satisfaction, quality of life and pain degree of the two groups were compared.
Results: the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group, and there was significant difference between the groups (P < 0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group, and there was significant difference between the groups (P < 0.05). The pain scores of the observation group on the third day, the seventh day and the 14th day after the intervention were (3.22 ± 1.20), (2.54 ± 1.26) and (1.76 ± 0.45) respectively, which were lower than those of the reference group. The difference between the groups was significant (t=4.967, 3.752, 6.409, p<0.001).
Conclusion  : the application of holistic nursing in the nursing intervention of brucellosis patients can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients, which has clinical application value.
