循证护理在急性阑尾炎患者围手术期护理中的应用价值研究

摘要

目的:研究循证护理在急性阑尾炎患者围手术期护理中的应用价值。方法:选择在 2017 年 9 月 至 2020 年 2 月于我院进行手术治疗的 50 例急性阑尾炎患者。随机数字表法分为各 25 例的研究组（循证护 理）和对照组（常规护理）。对比护理效果。结果:研究组住院时间以及下床活动时间低于对照组，数据具 有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组并发症发生率无统计学意义，无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。研究组护理后 SAS、 SDS 评分低于对照组，数据具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:在急性阑尾炎患者围手术期开展循证护理能 在控制并发症的同时，促进术后康复帮助病人早期出院，该护理模式还能够解决心理问题，值得在临床中 推广。

Abstract

Objective: To study the application value of evidence-based nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with acute appendicitis.
Methods: Fifty patients with acute appendicitis who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from September 2017 to February 2020 were selected. The patients were divided into a research group (evidence-based nursing) and a control group (routine nursing) with 25 cases in each group by random number table method. Compare care effects.
Results: The length of hospital stay and the time of getting out of bed in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the data were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the data was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Evidence-based nursing in the perioperative period of patients with acute appendicitis can control complications, promote postoperative rehabilitation and help patients to be discharged early. This nursing model can also solve psychological problems and is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
