Application of comprehensive postpartum nursing to prevent deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs aftercesarean section
产后全面护理预防产妇剖宫产后下肢深静脉血栓形成的应用

摘要

目的:分析探讨产后全面护理预防产妇剖宫产后下肢深静脉血栓形成的应用效果。方法:选取 我院 2021 年接收治疗剖宫产产妇 60 例为观察对象，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，其中对照组患者采用 常规护理，观察组患者采用产后全面护理，将两组患者护理后下肢深静脉血栓出现情况、术后身体恢复情 况以及患者护理满意度进行比较。结果:观察组患者的下肢深静脉血栓出现率低于对照组，术后第一次听到 肠鸣音时间、排气时间与排便时间均低于对照组，并且观察组的护理满意度高于对照组，数据差异比较具 有统计意义（P<0，05）。结论:产后全面护理对产妇剖宫产后具有重要应用价值，能够预防下肢深静脉血 栓形成，进一步提高护理满意度，值得推广与应用于临床护理中。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive postpartum nursing on preventing deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs after cesarean section.
Methods: 60 cases of cesarean section parturients in our hospital in 2021 were selected as observation objects, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing, and the patients in the observation group received comprehensive postpartum nursing. The occurrence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs, postoperative physical recovery and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.
Results: the occurrence rate of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The time of first hearing bowel sounds, exhaust time and defecation time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The data difference was statistically significant (p< 0,05).
Conclusion  : postpartum comprehensive nursing has important application value for puerpera after cesarean section. It can prevent deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs and further improve nursing satisfaction. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical nursing.
