Effect of rehabilitation nursing on cardiac rehabilitation of patients after intracoronary stent implantation
康复护理对冠脉内支架植入术后患者心脏康复的效果观察

摘要

目的:观察康复护理对冠脉内支架植入术后患者心脏康复的效果。方法:将我院 2020.12-2021.12 月收治的 76 例接受冠脉内支架植入术的患者为研究对象，采取随机分组的方法，分成研究组、对照组，患 者例数均为 38 例，研究组接受康复护理，对照组接受常规护理，对两组分别干预后患者心脏康复效果展开 比较。结果:在护理后舒张压和收缩压对比上，研究组的评分显著低于对照组，P＜0.05；在护理后生理及运 动功能比较上，研究组的爬楼梯次数显著高于对照组，而胸闷发作次数研究组低于对照组，P＜0.05；在生 活质量评分对比上，研究组的各项分数显著优于对照组，P＜0.05；在心理情绪对比上，护理干预前，两组 患者的评分无差异，P＞0.05，而经过了护理干预后，研究组的焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于对照组的评分，P ＜0.05。结论:将康复护理用于冠脉内支架植入术后患者中，会加快患者心脏功能的恢复，使患者的生活质 量提高，值得运用。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of rehabilitation nursing on cardiac rehabilitation of patients after intracoronary stent implantation.
Methods: 76 patients who received intracoronary stent implantation in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group. The number of patients was 38. The study group received rehabilitation care and the control group received routine care. The cardiac rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.
Results: in the comparison of diastolic and systolic blood pressure after nursing, the score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05); In the comparison of physiological and motor functions after nursing, the number of stairs climbing in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the number of chest distress attacks in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05); The scores of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05); In terms of psychological emotion comparison, there was no difference between the two groups before nursing intervention (P > 0.05). After nursing intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : the application of rehabilitation nursing in patients after intracoronary stent implantation can accelerate the recovery of cardiac function and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worth using.
