摘要

人工气道（包括气管插管﹑气管切开）是保证气道开放，恢复有效通气的主要措施，是为争 取救治赢得宝贵抢救时间的重要途径，这种方法的建立和使用使急危重症患者的抢救成功率大大提高，因 此，严格、有效﹑细致的气道管理是抢救成功的关键因素之一，有效地建立人工气道，是治疗和改善阻塞 的重要手段，也是护理探索及研究的重点。本文根据护理研究进行阐述，明确人工气道管理重要性，提高 抢救成功率。

Abstract

Artificial airway (including endotracheal intubation and tracheotomy) is the main measure to ensure airway opening and restore effective ventilation. It is an important way to win valuable rescue time for treatment. The establishment and use of this method greatly improve the rescue success rate of acute and critical patients. Therefore, strict, effective and meticulous airway management is one of the key factors for successful rescue. Artificial airway should be established effectively, It is not only an important means to treat and improve obstruction, but also the focus of nursing exploration and research. Based on the nursing research, this paper clarifies the importance of artificial airway management and improves the success rate of rescue.
