Effect of detailed nursing in operating room in nursing of laparoscopic radical rectal cancer surgery
手术室细节护理在腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术护理中的效果

摘要

目的 分析手术室细节护理在腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术护理中的效果。方法 本次研究开展时间在2021年3月至2022年3月之间，研究对象为研究期间到院进行腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术治疗的76例患者，所选研究对象以随机数字法分为常规组（n=38例）和细节组（n=38例），其中常规组给予常规手术室护理干预，而细节组患者给予手术室细节护理干预，统计对比两组患者护理方案应用效果。结果 两组患者在手术间坠床的发生率无统计学差异（P＞0.05），但细节组患者的手术时长、低体温发生率、麻醉苏醒时间等手术指标及住院时长、术后并发症发生率均显著低于常规组（P＜0.05），且对护理服务的满意度评价显著高于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论 在腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术患者的手术室护理干预中，选择手术室细节护理，可取得理想护理效果。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of detailed nursing in the operating room in the nursing of laparoscopic radical rectal cancer.
Methods The study was carried out between March 2021 and March 2022. The research subjects were 76 patients who were admitted to the hospital for laparoscopic radical rectal resection during the study period. The selected subjects were divided into routine Group (n=38 cases) and detail group (n=38 cases), in which the routine group was given routine operating room nursing intervention, while the detail group was given operating room detailed nursing intervention, and the application effect of the nursing program was statistically compared between the two groups.
Results There was no statistical difference in the incidence of falling out of bed between the two groups of patients (P>0.05), but the operation time, hypothermia incidence, anesthesia recovery time and other surgical indicators, length of hospital stay, and incidence of postoperative complications were observed in the detailed group. Both were significantly lower than the routine group (P < 0.05), and the evaluation of satisfaction with nursing services was significantly higher than the routine group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   In the nursing intervention in the operating room of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer, choosing the detailed nursing care in the operating room can achieve ideal nursing effects.
