The effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with oral administration of Houpu Exhaust Decoction on postoperative exhaust after cesarean section
中药穴位敷贴联合厚朴排气汤口服对剖宫产术后排气的影响

摘要

目的 本研究旨在探讨剖宫产术后对产妇实施中药穴位敷贴联合厚朴排气汤对其术后排气的影响。方法 从2024年9月到2025年6月，在我院行剖宫产手术的产妇中选取110例，按照随机数字表法分配为两组，对照组和干预组分别有55例，干预组：中药穴位敷贴联合厚朴排气汤口服+常规护理；对照组：常规护理。对比两组患者排气情况以及不良反应发生率。结果 干预组患者术后6h、12h、24h以及36h的排气率均高于对照组，不良反应总发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 临床实践表明，将穴位敷贴与厚朴排气汤内服相结合，对于加速剖宫产术后排气具有积极作用，且安全性高，建议将其作为常规干预手段加以推广。

Abstract

Objective This study aims to explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with Houpu Exhaust Decoction on postoperative exhaust in postpartum women after cesarean section.
Methods From September 2024 to June 2025, 110 cases of parturients undergoing cesarean section in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 55 cases in each group: the intervention group and the control group. The intervention group received a combination of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application and oral administration of Houpu exhausting decoction, along with conventional nursing care; the control group received only conventional nursing care. The exhausting conditions and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.
Results The exhaust rates of patients in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group at 6, 12, 24, and 36 hours after surgery, and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Clinical practice has shown that combining acupoint application with the oral administration of Houpu Exhaust Decoction has a positive effect on accelerating gas exhaust after cesarean section, and it is highly safe. It is recommended to promote this combination as a routine intervention.
