Clinical effect of bundle nursing in the care of patients with septic shock in ICU
集束化护理在ICU感染性休克患者护理中的临床效果

摘要

目的 在重症监护病房（ICU）的临床救治中，感染性休克是威胁患者生命安全的严峻挑战，因此本文旨在探讨集束化护理在ICU感染性休克患者护理中的临床应用效果，评估其对患者临床预后、各项指标改善及护理满意度的影响。方法 本研究以本院重症监护病房（ICU）所收治的60例感染性休克患者作为研究对象，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施集束化护理，对两组的干预成效展开系统性对比分析。结果 与对照组相比，观察组休克纠正时间、机械通气时间、ICU住院天数均明显缩短，C-反应蛋白（CRP）、降钙素原（PCT）、白细胞（WBC）水平显著降低，并发症总发生率和28天病死率明显降低，而护理满意度显著提高（P＜0.05）。结论 针对ICU感染性休克患者的护理工作，集束化护理模式展现出显著成效，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective In clinical management of intensive care unit (ICU) patients, septic shock poses a severe threat to patient survival. This study aims to explore the clinical efficacy of bundle nursing in the care of septic shock patients in the ICU and evaluate its impact on clinical prognosis, improvement of various indicators, and nursing satisfaction.
Methods A total of 60 septic shock patients admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) of our hospital were enrolled as study subjects. The control group received conventional nursing care, while the observation group received bundle nursing. Systematic comparative analysis was conducted to assess the intervention outcomes between the two groups.
Results Compared with the control group, the observation group showed significantly shorter times to shock correction, mechanical ventilation duration, and ICU hospitalization days, as well as markedly reduced levels of C-reactive protein C-reactive protein (CRP), Procalcitonin (PCT), and White Blood Cell (WBC). The overall incidence of complications and 28-day mortality rate were significantly lower, while nursing satisfaction was significantly improved (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The bundle nursing model demonstrates significant efficacy in the care of septic shock patients in the ICU and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
