摘要
目的 探讨循证护理模式运用在小儿社区获得性肺炎雾化吸入治疗中的实际效果，分析该干预手段对患儿雾化治疗依从性、临床疗效分级以及家属护理评价产生的影响，为儿科临床优化雾化相关护理方案提供参考。方法 选取2025年1月-2025年12月本院儿科收治的60例社区获得性非重症肺炎患儿开展研究，分为对照组、观察组，每组30例。对照组实施儿科常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上推行循证护理干预方案。对比两组患儿雾化吸入依从水平、住院总时间与家属护理认可度。结果 观察组雾化吸入治疗总依从率高于对照组；观察组住院总时间短于对照组；观察组家属护理总认可度优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 针对社区获得性肺炎患儿开展循证护理干预，能够有效提升患儿雾化治疗配合度，缩短住院周期，改善家属就医体验，适合在儿科临床推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore the practical effect of evidence-based nursing model applied in nebulization inhalation therapy for community-acquired pneumonia in children, analyze the impact of this intervention on children’s compliance with nebulization therapy, clinical efficacy grading, and family nursing evaluation, and provide reference for optimizing nebulization related nursing plans in pediatric clinical practice. Methods A study was conducted on 60 children with community-acquired non severe pneumonia admitted to the pediatrics department of our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025. They were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine pediatric care, while the observation group received evidence-based nursing intervention based on routine care. Compare the compliance level of nebulization inhalation, total length of hospital stay, and recognition of family care between two groups of pediatric patients. Results The total compliance rate of nebulized inhalation therapy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group; The total hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group; The overall recognition of family care in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence based nursing intervention for children with community-acquired pneumonia can effectively improve their compliance with nebulization treatment, shorten hospitalization period, and improve the medical experience of family members. It is suitable for clinical promotion and application in pediatrics.
