摘要
目的 探讨快速康复护理在宫腔镜宫颈息肉切除术患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2025年3月至2026年3月期间收治的60例患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组（30例，快速康复护理）与对照组（30例，常规护理），比较两组术后恢复指标。结果 研究组患者术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、首次下床时间、阴道流血持续时间以及白带恢复时间均短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论 快速康复护理可促进宫腔镜宫颈息肉患者术后恢复，缩短康复周期。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of rapid recovery nursing in patients undergoing hysteroscopic cervical polyp resection. Methods From March 2025 to March 2026, 60 patients were randomly divided into the study group (30 cases, rapid recovery nursing) and the control group (30 cases, conventional nursing) based on the random number table method. The postoperative recovery indicators of the two groups were compared. Results The time of first flatus, first defecation, first getting out of bed, duration of vaginal bleeding, and recovery time of vaginal discharge in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Rapid recovery nursing can promote the postoperative recovery of patients with cervical polyps under hysteroscopy and shorten the recovery period.
