The application of comprehensive nursing based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery in patients after craniocerebral trauma surgery
加速康复外科理念的综合护理在颅脑外伤术后患者中的运用

摘要

目的 分析颅脑外伤术后患者在加速康复外科理念下实施综合护理的临床效果。方法 选取我院140例颅脑外伤手术患者（2026年1月-2026年7月），按照不同护理方式分为各为70例的两组，对比常规护理（对照组）与加速康复外科理念的综合护理（观察组）临床效果。结果 观察组干预后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分低于对照组，上肢、下肢Fugl Meyer运动功能评定量表（FMA）评分、生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 基于加速康复外科理念对颅脑外伤患者实施综合护理，可以有效改善神经功能损伤，有助于降低患者术后并发症风险，促进患者肢体运动功能尽快恢复，从而提升患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of implementing comprehensive nursing based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery in patients after craniocerebral trauma surgery.
Methods 140 patients who underwent craniocerebral trauma surgery in our hospital from January 2026 to July 2026 were selected and divided into two groups of 70 cases each according to different nursing methods. The clinical effects of conventional nursing (control group) and comprehensive nursing based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery (observation group) were compared.
Results The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group, and the Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) scores of the upper and lower limbs, and the quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing comprehensive nursing based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery for patients with craniocerebral trauma can effectively improve neurological function damage, help reduce the risk of postoperative complications of patients, promote the rapid recovery of limb movement function of patients, and thereby improve the quality of life of patients.
