Evidence based nursing intervention on the nursing effect of ventricular drainage tube after neurosurgery craniotomy and its impact on quality of life
循证护理干预对神经外科颅脑开颅术后脑室引流管护理效果及对生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 评估神经外科颅脑开颅术后患者实施循证护理干预对脑室引流管效果、生活质量的具体效果。方法 选择2024年1月至2025年12月于本院神经外科实施开颅手术治疗的62例患者开展回顾性研究，依据不同护理方法分为2组。其中对照组31例患者实施常规护理，研究组31例实施循证护理干预。比较两组的脑室引流管护理效果、疼痛程度与舒适度、生活质量。结果 研究组护理后的脑室引流管护理效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理后，研究组的疼痛程度低于对照组，舒适度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；比较生活质量，研究组护理后高于对照组，差异明显，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 护理神经外科颅脑开颅手术患者时，实施循证护理干预，可以有效预防脑室引流管并发症的出现，减轻患者的疼痛，提高患者的舒适度和生活质量，护理效果显著，建议推广。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the specific effects of evidence-based nursing intervention on the effectiveness and quality of life of ventricular drainage tubes in patients after neurosurgical craniotomy.
Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 62 patients who underwent craniotomy surgery in our neurosurgery department from January 2024 to December 2025. They were divided into two groups based on different nursing methods. Among them, 31 patients in the control group received routine nursing care, while 31 patients in the study group received evidence-based nursing intervention. Compare the nursing effect, pain level and comfort, and quality of life of two groups of ventricular drainage tubes.
Results The nursing effect of the ventricular drainage tube in the study group was better than that in the control group after nursing, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); After nursing, the pain level of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the comfort level was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the quality of life in the study group was significantly higher after nursing care, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Evidence based nursing intervention can effectively prevent complications of ventricular drainage tube, alleviate patients’ pain, improve their comfort and quality of life when nursing neurosurgical patients undergoing craniotomy. The nursing effect is significant and it is recommended to promote it.
