The value of systematic rehabilitation nursing in patients with severe craniocerebral injury after operation
系统康复护理对重度颅脑损伤术后患者干预的价值

摘要

目的 通过分组对照的实验方式，分析系统康复护理在重度颅脑损伤术后患者当中的实际干预效果。方法 研究纳入2025年1月至2025年12月我院接收的60例重度颅脑损伤手术患者随机分组，对照组采用术后常规护理方式，观察组在对照组护理基础上加系统康复护理，对比两组患者神经功能恢复得分以及术后并发症发生情况。结果 干预后观察组神经功能恢复情况好于对照组，同时观察组术后并发症发生例数更少、总发生率更低（P＜0.05）。结论 对重度颅脑损伤术后患者开展系统康复护理，可以较好改善患者的神经功能状态，并且能够减少术后并发症的出现。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the actual intervention effect of systematic rehabilitation nursing in patients with severe craniocerebral injury after operation through the experimental method of group control.
Methods The study included 60 patients with severe craniocerebral injury who were admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025, and were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine postoperative care, and the observation group was given systematic rehabilitation care on the basis of the control group’s care. The neurological recovery scores and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.
Results After the intervention, the recovery of neurological function in the observation group was better than that in the control group. At the same time, the number of postoperative complications in the observation group was less and the total incidence was lower (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Systematic rehabilitation nursing for patients with severe craniocerebral injury after operation can improve the neurological function of patients and reduce postoperative complications.
