中医呼吸康复护理在重症呼吸系统疾病恢复期的研究进展

摘要

重症肺炎、急性呼吸窘迫综合征等均是临床上较为常见的重症呼吸系统疾病，患者在病情恢复期接受治疗时常规西医治疗对恢复患者肺功能和提升生活质量具有一定局限性。在此背景下，为进一步提高患者康复效率，引入中医呼吸康复护理模式，基于“肺主气、司呼吸”理论，通过内服外治、穴位刺激、运动康复、情志护理、中医食疗等手段能有效改善患者肺功能，缓解呼吸困难症状，提高患者生活质量。因此，本文结合中医呼吸康复护理理论，对当前中医呼吸康复护理研究与应用现状进行研究，对中医呼吸康复护理在重症呼吸系统疾病恢复期措施展开详细分析。

Abstract

Severe pneumonia and acute respiratory distress syndrome are common severe respiratory system diseases in clinical practice. Conventional Western medicine treatment during the recovery period has certain limitations in restoring lung function and improving quality of life for patients. In this context, in order to further improve the rehabilitation efficiency of patients, the traditional Chinese medicine respiratory rehabilitation nursing model is introduced. Based on the theory of “lung regulating qi and regulating respiration”, effective measures such as internal and external treatment, acupoint stimulation, exercise rehabilitation, emotional care, and traditional Chinese medicine dietary therapy can improve patients’ lung function, alleviate respiratory difficulties, and improve their quality of life. Therefore, this article combines the theory of traditional Chinese medicine respiratory rehabilitation nursing to study the current research and application status of traditional Chinese medicine respiratory rehabilitation nursing, and conducts a detailed analysis of the measures of traditional Chinese medicine respiratory rehabilitation nursing in the recovery period of severe respiratory system diseases.
