Observation on the application of self-transcendence theory nursing in the care of osteoporotic fractures
自我超越理论护理用于骨质疏松性骨折护理中的观察

摘要

目的 通过分组实验模式来探索自我超越理论护理模式这种方案在骨质疏松性骨折人群当中使用的成效。方法 纳入一年内（2024年1月至2025年1月）于我院接受治疗的90例骨质疏松性骨折者，在分组后对他们采取不同的护理，当中对照组用常规模式，观察组加基于自我超越理论下建立的护理模式，比较结果。结果 接受干预后的观察组患者自我护理能力得分的数据明显比对照组要高，并发症的数据则明显更低（P＜0.05）。结论 自我超越理论护理模式成效明显，用在骨质疏松性骨折患者临床护理工作中一来可提升自身的自我护理能力，二来降低并发症风险。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness of the self-transcendence theory nursing model through a group experimental mode in the population with osteoporotic fractures.
Methods A total of 90 patients with osteoporotic fractures who were treated in our hospital within one year (from January 2024 to January 2025) were included. After grouping, different nursing methods were adopted for them, among which the control group used the conventional mode, and the observation group adopted the nursing mode established based on the self-transcendence theory. The results were compared.
Results The data of self-care ability scores of the observation group after intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the data of complications was significantly lower (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The self-transcendence theory nursing model has obvious effects. It can not only improve one’s own self-care ability but also reduce the risk of complications when used in the clinical nursing of patients with osteoporotic fractures.
