Analysis of the value of strengthened risk management based on nursing quality sensitivity indicators in the care of critically ill patients in the respiratory department
护理质量敏感指标的强化风险管理在呼吸科危重症患者中的价值分析

摘要

目的 分析护理质量敏感指标结合强化风险管理在呼吸科危重症患者护理中的应用价值。方法 选取2025年1月至2025年12月我院呼吸科收治的60例危重症患者，以随机数表法分为常规组与研究组，每组30例。常规组实施呼吸科常规危重症护理，研究组在常规护理基础上依据护理质量敏感指标开展强化风险管理干预，对比两组患者护理前后呼吸相关指标水平以及护理期间风险事件发生情况。结果 干预后研究组呼吸功能指标改善效果优于常规组，且研究组护理风险发生率为0，显著低于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论 基于护理质量敏感指标的强化风险管理模式，可以有效改善呼吸科危重症患者的呼吸功能，减少护理风险事件，提升危重症护理安全与整体护理质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application value of nursing quality sensitivity indicators combined with strengthened risk management in the care of critically ill patients in the respiratory department.
Methods 60 critically ill patients admitted to the respiratory department of our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine critical care in the respiratory department, while the study group implemented strengthened risk management intervention based on nursing quality sensitivity indicators on the basis of routine care. The levels of respiratory-related indicators before and after care and the occurrence of risk events during the care period were compared between the two groups.
Results After the intervention, the improvement effect of respiratory function indicators in the study group was better than that in the control group, and the incidence of nursing risks in the study group was 0, significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The strengthened risk management model based on nursing quality sensitivity indicators can effectively improve the respiratory function of critically ill patients in the respiratory department, reduce nursing risk events, and enhance the safety and overall quality of critical care.
