射频消融术治疗房颤患者的围术期护理研究新进展

摘要

心房颤动属于心内科常见疾病，此病容易增加卒中、痴呆等疾病的发病率，同时也可能造成心脏增大，从而出现心力衰竭。所以，对于房颤诊疗，临床上是非常重视的。射频消融术是近年来理想的一种治疗房颤的手术方式，具有创伤小、适用人群广等优点，但也存在相关的并发症，因此围术期的护理干预具有重要的意义，射频消融术对房颤的治疗效果非常显著。本文系统检索知网、万方、PubMed等数据库，纳入近5年40余篇相关文献，围绕术前心理护理、用药宣教，术中细节监护、体温管理，术后并发症防控、康复指导等全流程护理内容展开综述。研究发现，系统化围术期护理可有效改善患者术前情绪、提升手术配合度，将术后并发症发生率控制在5%以内，缩短住院周期、降低疾病复发率。本文总结现阶段护理研究成果与不足，旨在为临床优化房颤射频消融术护理方案及后续护理研究提供参考依据。

Abstract

Atrial fibrillation is a common cardiovascular disease that increases the risks of stroke and dementia, and may also cause cardiac enlargement and subsequent heart failure, thus attracting extensive clinical attention in diagnosis and treatment. Radiofrequency ablation, an optimal minimally invasive surgical technique for atrial fibrillation in recent years, features minimal trauma and wide applicability with remarkable therapeutic effects, yet it is still associated with postoperative complications, making perioperative nursing intervention of great clinical significance. This article systematically retrieves databases including CNKI, Wanfang and PubMed, and incorporates more than 40 high-quality literature published in the past five years. It reviews the full-process nursing measures covering preoperative psychological nursing and medication education, intraoperative detailed monitoring and temperature management, as well as postoperative complication prevention and rehabilitation guidance. The results indicate that standardized perioperative nursing can effectively relieve patients’ preoperative negative emotions, improve surgical cooperation, reduce the postoperative complication rate to less than 5%, shorten hospital stay and lower the recurrence rate. This paper summarizes the current achievements and deficiencies of relevant nursing studies, so as to provide references for clinical optimization of nursing protocols and further related research.
