Application and nursing quality evaluation of full process comfort care in patients with chronic periapical periodontitis undergoing root canal treatment
全程舒适化护理在慢性根尖周炎根管治疗患者中的应用及护理质量评价

摘要

目的 观察对慢性根尖周炎根管治疗患者开展全程舒适化护理的效果。方法 在本院2025年3月-12月慢性根尖周炎根管治疗患者中选择88例，按照数字表随机抽样均分2组，对照组（44例）治疗期间进行常规护理，观察组（44例）治疗期间进行全程舒适化护理。对两组患者治疗期间舒适度、护理质量、疼痛程度进行对比。结果 舒适度对比，观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）。护理质量对比，观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）。疼痛程度对比，观察组护理后低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对慢性根尖周炎根管治疗患者开展全程舒适化护理，可以增加患者在治疗期间舒适度，并提升护理质量，降低患者在术后早期疼痛程度，有助于患者恢复。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of providing comprehensive comfort care for patients undergoing root canal treatment for chronic periapical periodontitis.
Methods 88 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis undergoing root canal treatment in our hospital from March to December 2025 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to a numerical table. The control group (44 cases) received routine care during treatment, while the observation group (44 cases) received full comfort care during treatment. Compare the comfort level, nursing quality, and pain level between two groups of patients during treatment.
Results Compared to the control group, the comfort level was higher in the observation group, (P<0.05). The comparison of nursing quality showed that the observation group was higher than the control group, (P<0.05). The comparison of pain levels showed that the observation group had lower pain levels after nursing compared to the control group, (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Providing comprehensive comfort care for patients undergoing root canal treatment for chronic periapical periodontitis can increase their comfort during treatment, improve the quality of care, reduce early postoperative pain, and aid in their recovery.
