The impact of evidence-based pain control nursing on the pain degree and quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis
基于循证支持的疼痛控制护理对类风湿关节炎患者疼痛程度及生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 分析基于循证支持对类风湿关节炎开展疼痛控制护理对患者的影响。方法 对我院收治的80例类风湿关节炎患者（2024年1月-2024年12月）进行回顾分析，按照不同护理模式分为两组，对比常规护理（对照组，n=40）与基于循证支持的疼痛控制护理（观察组，n=40）临床效果。结果 观察组干预后焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组干预后生活质量评分、护理满意率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 类风湿关节炎患者基于循证支持开展疼痛控制护理，可以减轻疼痛程度，提高生活质量，达到患者更高的护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of evidence-based pain control nursing on patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (from January 2024 to December 2024) admitted to our hospital. They were divided into two groups according to different nursing models and the clinical effects of conventional care (control group, n=40) and evidence-based pain control nursing (observation group, n=40) were compared.
Results After intervention, the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); the quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction rates of the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with rheumatoid arthritis, evidence-based pain control nursing based on evidence can reduce the pain degree, improve the quality of life, and achieve higher nursing satisfaction for patients.
