Research on the impact of optimizing emergency nursing processes on the rescue effectiveness and quality of life of acute cerebral infarction patients
优化急诊护理流程对急性脑梗死患者急救效果和生活质量的影响研究

摘要

目的 分析急诊科在对急性脑梗死患者进行救治期间在常规急诊护理的层面上实施优化急诊护理流程的效果以及对患者在救治期间生活质量的改善效果。方法 在本院2025年1月-12月急性脑梗死患者中选择74例为对象，按照数字表随机抽样划分2组，对照组（37例）进行常规急诊护理，观察组（37例）则进行优化急诊护理流程护理，对急救期间的各个环节护理工作进行细化。针对两组患者在急救治疗期间的急救效率、生活质量进行评估。结果 急救环节用时，观察组短于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组护理后生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI-74）评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 急性脑梗死患者在急诊救治期间，护理人员实施优化急诊护理流程护理，能够对该部分患者救治效率进行提升，缩短急救用时，提升患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of implementing an optimized emergency nursing process on the basis of routine emergency nursing during the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction in the emergency department, as well as its improvement effect on patients’ quality of life during treatment.
Methods Seventy-four patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January to December 2025 were selected as research subjects and divided into two groups by random number table sampling. The control group (37 cases) received routine emergency nursing, while the observation group (37 cases) was treated with optimized emergency nursing procedures to refine nursing work in all links during emergency treatment. The emergency efficiency and quality of life of patients in both groups during emergency treatment were evaluated.
Results The time taken for emergency treatment was shorter in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). The Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 (GQOLI-74) score after nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing optimized emergency nursing procedures by nursing staff during the emergency treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction can improve the treatment efficiency of these patients, shorten emergency treatment time, and enhance their quality of life.
