Analysis of the effect of personalized nursing on blood pressure and complications in elderly patients with hypertension
个性化护理应用于老年高血压患者血压及并发症的效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨个性化护理对老年高血压患者血压控制、并发症防护价值。方法 本次研究时间段为2023年1月-2026年1月，研究对象为60岁以上老年高血压患者，按照随机数表法，将符合研究的80例患者分为对照组和观察组。对对照组患者开展常规护理、对观察组患者开展个性化护理，对比患者护理后的血压指标、生活质量、并发症结果。结果 经过护理后，观察组患者的收缩压、舒张压指标均显著降低，对比对照组（P＜0.05），有统计学意义。观察组患者的健康调查简表（SF-36）指标中精神状态、生理职能、社会功能分数结果均优于对照组，观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组，各项指标结果对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 个性化护理措施可以为老年高血压患者提供舒适护理环境，可精准匹配患者病症和生理需求，有利于稳定血压，提升生活质量，预防并发症发生，可推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of personalized nursing on blood pressure and complications in elderly patients with hypertension.
Methods In this study, 80 elderly hypertensive patients with income from January 2023 to January 2026 in our hospital were randomly number received routine care, while the observation group received personalized care. The blood pressure indicators, life, and complications.
Results After nursing care, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure indicators of the observation group patients were significantly reduced(P＜0.05). The MOS 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey (SF-36) scores of mental state, physiological function. The incidence of complications, and the comparison of various indicators was statistically significant, (P＜0.05).
Conclusion   Personalized nursing measures can create a comfortable nursing environment for elderly hypertensive patients, accurately match their symptoms and physiological needs, help stabilize blood pressure, improve quality of life, prevent complications, and can be promoted.
