Analysis of the clinical effect and value of psychological nursing on ICU critical care
心理护理对ICU重症护理效果的临床效果及价值分析

摘要

目的 分析心理护理在ICU重症患者护理管理中的临床效果和应用价值。方法 选择2023年7月-2024年7月入住我院ICU（重症监护室）的96例患者为研究对象，基于随机双盲原则分为对照组（n=48）和研究组（n=48），对照组行常规护理，研究组在对照组基础上予心理护理干预，比较两组患者护理前后的生活质量评分和护理满意度。结果 研究组患者经心理护理干预后，生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI-74）各维度评分较前均显著提升且高于对照组（P<0.05）；在护理满意度比较上，研究组也显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对处于ICU的重症患者实施心理护理干预，能有效改善其心理状态，提升生活质量和患者对护理工作的满意度，具有重要的临床应用和推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and application value of psychological nursing in the nursing management of critically ill patients in the ICU.
Methods A total of 96 patients admitted to the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) of our hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the research subjects. Based on the principle of random double-blind, they were divided into the control group (n=48) and the study group (n=48). The control group received routine care, while the study group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group The quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared.
Results After psychological nursing intervention, the scores of each dimension of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 (GQOLI-74) in the study group were significantly improved compared with before and were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). In terms of comparison of nursing satisfaction, the study group was also significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing psychological nursing intervention for critically ill patients in the ICU can effectively improve their psychological state, enhance their quality of life and patients’ satisfaction with nursing work, and has significant clinical application and promotion value.
