Application of proactive nursing based on risk alerts in the safety management of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment patients
基于风险预警的预见性护理在内镜诊疗患者安全管理中的应用

摘要

目的 分析基于风险预警的预见性护理模式在内镜诊疗患者安全管理中的应用效果。方法 选取2025年6月至2026年5月于本院内镜室接受诊疗的42例患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为常规组与干预组，每组21例。常规组实施常规内镜护理，干预组在此基础上实施风险预警的预见性护理。比较两组患者不良事件发生率及护理满意度。结果 干预组患者总不良事件发生率显著低于常规组（P＜0.05）。护理后，干预组患者护理满意度各维度评分均显著高于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论 基于风险预警的预见性护理能够有效降低内镜诊疗患者不良事件风险，提升患者护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of a risk-based predictive nursing model in the safety management of patients undergoing endoscopic diagnosis and treatment.
Methods A total of 42 patients who underwent endoscopic procedures in the endoscopy room of our hospital from June 2025 to May 2026 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a conventional group and an intervention group, with 21 cases in each group. The conventional group received standard endoscopic nursing care, while the intervention group received risk-based predictive nursing in addition to the standard care. The incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The overall incidence of adverse events in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group (P < 0.05). After nursing, the scores of all dimensions of nursing satisfaction in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Risk-based predictive nursing can effectively reduce the risk of adverse events in patients undergoing endoscopic diagnosis and treatment and improve patient satisfaction with nursing care.
