The effect of psychological care based on the Rosenthal effect concept on elderly patients with osteoporotic fractures

摘要
目的 探讨老年骨质疏松性骨折（OF）患者采取罗森塔尔效应理念的心理护理的效果。方法 选取2023年1月至2025年2月收治的老年OF患者80例，随机分为观察组（常规护理+罗森塔尔效应理念的心理护理）和对照组（常规护理）各40例，对比效果。结果 观察组心理弹性评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组，心理状态评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 罗森塔尔效应理念的心理护理可有效改善老年OF患者的心态，提升生活质量，效果良好。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of psychological care based on the Rosenthal effect concept on elderly patients with osteoporotic fractures (OF). Methods 80 elderly OF patients admitted from January 2023 to February 2025 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (conventional care + psychological care based on the Rosenthal effect concept) and the control group (conventional care), with 40 cases in each group. The effects were compared. Results The psychological resilience score and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the psychological state score was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological care based on the Rosenthal effect concept can effectively improve the mentality of elderly OF patients and enhance their quality of life, with good effects.
