Nursing analysis of medium-long catheter in infusion treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis
中长导管在急性胰腺炎患者输液治疗中的护理分析

摘要

目的 通过分组对照试验方式，探究中长导管专项护理干预应用在急性胰腺炎输液患者中的实际效果，观察该护理方式对患者输液相关并发症、输液配合度产生的影响。方法 纳入2025年8月至2026年8月我院收治的260例急性胰腺炎且需接受静脉输液治疗的患者，随机分为两组，各组均130例。对照组采用该病常规输液护理模式，观察组在常规护理基础上叠加中长导管专项护理干预，对比两组患者的观察指标差异。结果 完成干预后，观察组患者输液相关并发症发生数据明显更低，输液治疗依从性数据明显更高，组间对比存在差异（P＜0.05）。结论 针对急性胰腺炎输液患者开展中长导管专项护理，可以有效减少输液相关并发症的出现，提升患者全程治疗的配合程度，能够为该病患者静脉输液治疗的安全开展提供可靠保障。

Abstract

Objective To explore the practical effect of special nursing intervention with medium-long catheter in patients with acute pancreatitis by means of group control test, and to observe the influence of this nursing method on transfusion-related complications and transfusion cooperation.
Methods 260 patients with acute pancreatitis who needed intravenous infusion from August 2025 to August 2026 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 130 cases in each group. The control group adopted the routine infusion nursing mode of the disease, while the observation group superimposed the special nursing intervention of medium-long catheter on the basis of routine nursing, and compared the differences of observation indexes between the two groups.
Results After the intervention, the incidence data of infusion-related complications in the observation group were significantly lower, and the compliance data of infusion treatment were significantly higher, with differences between the two groups (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Carrying out special nursing care of medium-long catheter for patients with acute pancreatitis can effectively reduce the occurrence of transfusion-related complications, improve the cooperation degree of patients in the whole process of treatment, and provide reliable guarantee for the safe development of intravenous infusion treatment for patients with this disease.
