The impact of FLS model continuity care on postoperative patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures

摘要
目的 探讨骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折（OVCF）术后患者采取骨折联络服务（FLS）模式延续护理的效果。方法 选取2023年1月至2025年1月行手术治疗的OVCF患者100例，随机分为观察组（FLS模式延续护理）和对照组（常规护理）各50例，对比效果。结果 观察组疼痛评分、功能障碍评分、并发症发生率均低于对照组，日常生活活动能力评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 FLS模式延续护理应用在OVCF术后患者中效果良好。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Fracture Liaison Service (FLS) model continuity care on postoperative patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCF). Methods 100 patients with OVCF who underwent surgical treatment from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (FLS model continuity care) and the control group (conventional care), with 50 cases in each group. The effects were compared. Results The pain score, functional disability score, and complication rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the scores of daily living activity ability and quality of life were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of FLS model continuity care in postoperative patients with OVCF is effective.
