摘要
目的 探讨肠道优化护理在肝硬化腹水患者中的应用效果。方法 将2025年1月-2025年12月来院接受治疗的150例肝硬化腹水患者作为研究对象，数字表法随机将患者分为两组，对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以肠道优化护理，对比护理效果。结果 观察组较对照组肝功能指标水平变化较为明显（P＜0.05）；观察组腹胀减轻时间、腹水消退时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在肝硬化腹水患者中，肠道优化护理的应用对改善肝功能，缩短腹胀减轻时间、腹水消退时间有显著效果，建议在临床中推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of intestinal optimization nursing in patients with liver cirrhosis ascites. Methods 150 patients with liver cirrhosis ascites who received treatment in the hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups using a digital table method. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received optimized intestinal care. The nursing effects were compared. Results The observation group showed more significant changes in liver function indicators compared to the control group (P<0.05); The observation group had a significantly shorter time for abdominal distension relief and ascites resolution compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites, the application of optimized intestinal care has a significant effect on improving liver function, shortening the time for reducing abdominal distension, and reducing ascites. It is recommended to promote its application in clinical practice.
