A review study on early, mid-term and late stage rehabilitation nursing strategies and practices after ankle joint fracture surgery
踝关节骨折术后早期中期晚期分期康复护理策略及实践综述研究

摘要

踝关节骨折属于骨科常见下肢创伤类型，手术治疗是治疗踝关节骨折的重要手段，可以促使患者踝关节解剖快速恢复。但是术后功能恢复效果，与围手术阶段康复护理干预有密切关系。康复时机选择、干预内容选择不合理，容易导致患者关节粘连、软组织肿胀、关节活动度受限等并发症，直接影响患者康复效果，甚至导致长期关节功能障碍。近年来，虽然我国对踝关节骨折术后康复护理越来越重视，但是仍缺乏统一标准化护理体系。

Abstract

Ankle joint fractures are a common type of lower limb trauma in orthopedics. Surgical treatment is an important means for treating ankle joint fractures, which can facilitate the rapid recovery of the ankle joint anatomy. However, the postoperative functional recovery effect is closely related to the rehabilitation nursing intervention during the perioperative stage. Inappropriate selection of rehabilitation timing and intervention content is likely to lead to complications such as joint adhesion, soft tissue swelling, and limited joint range of motion in patients, which directly affects the rehabilitation effect and even causes long-term joint dysfunction. In recent years, although China has paid increasing attention to postoperative rehabilitation nursing for ankle joint fractures, there is still a lack of a unified standardized nursing system.
