The value of remote rehabilitation nursing in the intervention of patients with osteoporotic fractures
远程康复护理对骨质疏松性骨折患者干预的价值

摘要

目的 观察患者临床恢复情况来探究远程康复护理模式用于骨质疏松性骨折患者临床干预中的价值。方法 本研究选取2024年1月至2025年1月于我院接受治疗的80例骨质疏松性骨折者分组，对照组用常规临床康复护理，观察组额外接受远程康复护理干预，研究主要对比两组患者护理后的康复总有效率以及护理前后骨质疏松核心指标的改善差异。结果 经过系统化护理干预后观察组患者整体康复有效率显著优于对照组，且两组患者骨密度、骨钙素等骨质疏松相关指标均出现不同程度好转，观察组患者各项指标的改善程度相较于对照组更为突出（P＜0.05）。结论 对骨质疏松性骨折患者实施远程康复护理干预能够通过持续性的院外护理指导提升患者整体临床康复效果，同时有效优化患者机体骨质疏松相关指标水平。

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical recovery of patients and explore the value of the remote rehabilitation nursing model in the clinical intervention of patients with osteoporotic fractures.
Methods This study selected 80 patients with osteoporotic fractures who were treated in our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 and divided them into two groups. The control group received conventional clinical rehabilitation nursing, while the observation group received additional remote rehabilitation nursing intervention. The main comparison of this study was the total effective rate of rehabilitation after nursing and the differences in the improvement of core indicators of osteoporosis before and after nursing between the two groups of patients.
Results After systematic nursing intervention, the overall rehabilitation effective rate of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the bone density, osteocalcin and other osteoporosis-related indicators of the two groups of patients showed varying degrees of improvement. The improvement degree of various indicators of the observation group was more prominent compared to the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing remote rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with osteoporotic fractures can improve the overall clinical rehabilitation effect of patients through continuous out-of-hospital nursing guidance, and effectively optimize the levels of osteoporosis-related indicators in the patient’s body.
