Research progress on the impact of traditional Chinese medicine cupping combined with rehabilitation nursing on the pain level and quality of life of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy
中医拔罐联合康复护理对神经根型颈椎病患者疼痛程度、生活质量的影响研究进展

摘要

神经根型颈椎病为临床常见颈椎退行性疾病，以颈肩痛、上肢放射痛、肢体麻木为典型症状，持续疼痛显著影响患者活动能力与生活质量。中医拔罐属于传统外治方法，能够疏通经络、行气止痛，快速缓解颈肩不适；规范化康复护理可纠正不良体态，重建颈椎力学平衡。近年来，拔罐联合康复护理的综合干预模式，被广泛运用于神经根型颈椎病保守康复，疗效得到诸多临床研究证实。本文梳理神经根型颈椎病发病现状，总结中医拔罐作用机制、康复护理干预内容，归纳拔罐联合康复护理对患者疼痛水平、生活质量的临床研究成果，分析当前临床应用存在的不足，展望后续研究方向，为完善神经根型颈椎病中西医护理方案提供参考。

Abstract

Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is a common degenerative disease of the cervical spine, characterized by neck and shoulder pain, upper limb radiating pain, and limb numbness. Persistent pain significantly affects patients’ mobility and quality of life. Traditional Chinese medicine cupping is a traditional external treatment method that can unblock meridians, promote qi circulation, relieve pain, and quickly alleviate discomfort in the neck and shoulders; Standardized rehabilitation nursing can correct poor posture and rebuild cervical spine mechanical balance. In recent years, the comprehensive intervention model of cupping combined with rehabilitation nursing has been widely used for conservative rehabilitation of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, and its efficacy has been confirmed by many clinical studies. This article reviews the current status of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, summarizes the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine cupping and rehabilitation nursing interventions, summarizes the clinical research results of cupping combined with rehabilitation nursing on patients’ pain levels and quality of life, analyzes the shortcomings of current clinical applications, looks forward to future research directions, and provides reference for improving the nursing plans of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
