Analysis of risk factors and nursing prevention strategies for postoperative pressure ulcers in the operating room
手术室术后压疮危险因素分析及护理预防策略

摘要

目的 对手术室术后压疮危险因素进行分析并对护理预防措施进行总结。方法 回顾纳入2025年1月-12月术后压疮患者50例（观察组）以及相同时间段内未出现压疮患者50例（对照组）。对患者各方面资料进行分析，总结患者压疮危险因素，并对护理预防策略进行总结。结果 结合对患者围术期各方面信息进行对比，观察组手术时间、麻醉方式、体位、皮肤潮湿、年龄、营养状态与对照组对比（P<0.05）。可见手术时间、麻醉方式、体位、皮肤潮湿、年龄、营养状态均属于手术室术后压疮危险因素。结论 导致手术室术后压疮的危险因素较多，会增加患者出现压疮风险，需及时采取有效护理措施对术后压疮进行预防。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the risk factors of postoperative pressure ulcers in the operating room and summarize the nursing and preventive measures.
Methods Fifty patients with postoperative pressure ulcers from January to December 2025 (observation group) and 50 patients without pressure ulcers within the same time period (control group) were retrospectively included. Analyze all aspects of patient data, summarize patient risk factors for pressure ulcers, and summarize nursing and prevention strategies.
Results Combined with the comparison of various perioperative information of the patients, the operation time, anesthesia method, body position, skin moisture, age, and nutritional status of the observation group were compared with those of the control group (P<0.05). It can be seen that operation time, anesthesia method, body position, skin moisture, age, and nutritional status are all risk factors for postoperative pressure ulcers in the operating room.
Conclusion   There are many risk factors that lead to postoperative pressure ulcers in the operating room, which will increase the risk of pressure ulcers in patients. Effective nursing measures need to be taken promptly to prevent postoperative pressure ulcers.
