摘要
目的 分析伤口护理风险管理应用于门诊急诊外伤患者中的临床价值。方法 回顾性选取我院2024年1月至2025年6月的126例急性外伤患者作为研究对象，按护理模式不同分为常规组与风险组。结果 风险组愈合时间为明显短于常规组，愈合率显著更高，感染发生率更低，满意度评分更高（P<0.05）。结论 伤口护理风险管理能够有效缩短门诊急诊外伤患者的伤口愈合时间，降低感染风险。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical value of wound care risk management in outpatient emergency trauma patients. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 126 acute trauma patients from January 2024 to June 2025 in our hospital, who were divided into a conventional group and a risk management group based on different nursing models. Results The risk management group exhibited significantly shorter wound healing time, higher healing rates, lower infection rates, and higher satisfaction scores compared to the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion Wound care risk management can effectively reduce wound healing time and lower infection risks in outpatient emergency trauma patients.
